The Ciat campus says goodbye until next summer

A total of 70 children participated in the ‘Fun Summer’ camp at the Tenerife Athletics Center (CIAT), aimed at children between 5 and 13 years old.

In addition to activities related to athletics and all its disciplines (running, jumping, and throwing), the children who attended the camp were also introduced to traditional local games and sports.

They also participated in various workshops on plasterwork, balloon twisting, recycling, painting, and puppet making, among others, and went on excursions to the beach and the mountains. There, they had the opportunity to hike along a trail and learn basic orienteering skills during their walk.

The ‘Fun Summer’ camp followed a strict COVID-19 protocol in accordance with the health alert level decreed by the health authorities, with bubble groups to minimize the risk of infection.
