CIAT is hosting a new edition of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Rally

The Tenerife Athletics Center (CIAT) will host the 12th Santa Cruz de Tenerife Track and Field Meet, a national track and field competition that has been held since 2008 at the sports facility managed by the public company Ideco.

This event, which will take place behind closed doors, is organized by the Club Corredores Tenerife Santa Cruz (CCT) and is open to runners of all ages. At its third meet of the year, the club will pay tribute to two women with close ties to the club: Chicha Nolasco and Rocío Cuéllar. The first meet in January featured former hurdler Enrique Segura, while the July meet honored former sprinter Eduardo Rodríguez Medina.

The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Meet is a track and field event that, over the years, has become one of the best track and field events in the entire Canary Islands.
