Ibero-American Track and Field Games Canceled

The Tenerife Athletics Center was set to host this competition from May 22 to 24
The Ibero-American Athletics Association (AIA), together with the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation, the General Directorate of Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands, the Island Council of Tenerife, and the municipal governments of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and San Cristóbal de La Laguna, have agreed to cancel the 2020 Tenerife Ibero-American Track and Field Championships, which were scheduled to take place on May 22, 23, and 24 at the Tenerife Athletics Center (CIAT), as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
